These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://liftcannabis.co (the “Site”), operated by Lift Cannabis Co. (“Lift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed cannabis retailer at 2983 Rupert St, Vancouver, BC V5M 3T8. By accessing the Site, browsing our online menu, or placing an order for pickup or delivery, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 19 years of age to access cannabis-related content on this Site, to place an order, and to receive cannabis products in British Columbia. By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and confirm that you are 19 years of age or older. We verify age and identity with government-issued photo ID at every in-store purchase and at every delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age.
Cannabis sold through this Site is available only to individuals physically located in British Columbia at the time of order and delivery, and only within our current delivery area. We do not ship or deliver cannabis outside of British Columbia, across provincial borders, or outside of Canada. Online ordering and the associated cart, checkout, and account functionality are provided through our point-of-sale and e-commerce partner and are subject to that provider’s own operational availability.
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. Cannabis inventory changes frequently and we make reasonable efforts to keep online listings current, but we do not guarantee that any product shown is in stock at the time you order. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable before your order is fulfilled, we will contact you to offer a substitution, remove the item and adjust your total, or cancel and refund the affected item.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate, current pricing, including applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and to issue a full refund for any amount charged for the mispriced item.
Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, if we are unable to verify your age or identity, if we suspect fraud, if the delivery address falls outside our service area, or if a product becomes unavailable. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time before it is completed, in which case we will refund any amount already charged for the cancelled portion. Once an order has been handed over to you in store or delivered, it is final, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor at the time of purchase. Full payment is required before an order is prepared for pickup or dispatched for delivery. For delivery orders, the same payment card used at checkout must be presented and verified at the door; we cannot complete a delivery if the presented card does not match the card used to place the order. We do not control, and are not responsible for, temporary payment processing outages caused by our payment processor or your card issuer.
All cannabis sales made through this Site are subject to the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act (British Columbia), the federal Cannabis Act, and their associated regulations. In particular:
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access any portion of the Site or any system or network connected to the Site without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, servers, or networks; use any automated system (including bots or scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site without our prior written consent; misrepresent your age or identity; or attempt to place an order on behalf of, or for delivery to, a person under 19 years of age. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any violation of these Terms.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Lift Cannabis Co. name and marks — is the property of Lift Cannabis Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission, except as necessary to browse the Site and place an order for personal, non-commercial use.
The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care in describing our products, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are complete, accurate, reliable, or error-free. Cannabis affects individuals differently; we make no medical claims about any product and nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lift Cannabis Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase or use of any product, and our total liability arising from any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
