This Delivery Policy explains how same-day cannabis delivery works from Lift Cannabis Co. at 2983 Rupert St, Vancouver, BC. It applies to every order placed for delivery through our online menu. For general information about placing an order, see our Terms & Conditions.
We currently deliver within approximately 12 km of our store on Rupert St, covering East Vancouver and nearby surrounding areas. Enter your address at checkout to confirm whether you fall within our current delivery zone — addresses outside this radius cannot be accepted for delivery, and we’d recommend in-store pickup instead.
You must be 19 years of age or older to receive a cannabis delivery in British Columbia. The person who placed the order must be the person who receives it, and must be present at the delivery address. We cannot leave an order unattended, with a third party, or with anyone who cannot produce valid identification.

An order cannot be released without both. If you cannot provide matching ID and payment card at the door, the delivery will not be completed and the order will be treated as undeliverable under Section 6 below.
A flat delivery fee of $4.99 applies to delivery orders. A minimum order of $40 (before tax and delivery fee) is required to qualify for delivery.
We offer same-day delivery during our regular store hours, 9am–11pm, seven days a week. Delivery windows depend on driver availability and order volume at the time you order; we’ll provide an estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed. Orders placed close to closing time may be scheduled for delivery the following day.
An order may be treated as undeliverable if: no one is available to receive it at the delivery address; the person receiving it cannot provide valid, matching ID; the payment card presented does not match the card used at checkout; the delivery address is outside our service area; or our driver reasonably believes the recipient is intoxicated or otherwise unable to safely receive the order. Undeliverable orders are returned to the store; please contact us to arrange redelivery or discuss next steps, which may be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Delivery orders are paid in full online at checkout before the order is prepared and dispatched. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Please check your order at the door before the driver leaves, where possible. If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us the same day so we can make it right — see our Refund & Return Policy for how order errors are handled.
Cannabis delivery is available only within British Columbia and only to the delivery area described above. We do not deliver across provincial or international borders. Delivered cannabis is for the personal use of the person who ordered it; resale or transfer to any other person, including anyone under 19, is prohibited by law.
