End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”)

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading, or using the Lift Cannabis Co. Application.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply equally regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

  • Agreement means this End-User License Agreement forming the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Application.
  • Application refers to the software program provided by the Company, downloaded through an Application Store account to a Device, named Lift Cannabis Co.
  • Application Store means the digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) through which the Application is downloaded to your Device.
  • Company refers to Lift Cannabis Co., [Company Address].
  • Content includes content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked, or otherwise made available by You.
  • Country refers to: British Columbia, Canada.
  • Device means any device that can access the Application, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
  • Third-Party Services means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Application.
  • You refers to the individual accessing or using the Application or the company on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application.

Acknowledgment

By clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms, do not click “I Agree,” download, or use the Application.

License

Scope of License

The Company grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

License Restrictions

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
  • Copy or use the Application for any purpose other than as permitted under the ‘Scope of License.’
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices of the Company or its licensors.

Content

Content Restrictions

The Company is not responsible for the content of the Application’s users. You are solely responsible for the Content and activities under your account.

Intellectual Property

The Application and all related intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Company.

Modifications and Updates

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any related services with or without notice.

Third-Party Services

The Application may include third-party content or services. The Company is not responsible for any third-party content’s accuracy, legality, or quality.

Privacy Policy

The Company collects and shares information as described in its Privacy Policy.

Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by You or the Company. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by You for the Application or CAD 100 if no purchases were made.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding conflicts of law rules, govern this Agreement.
